Free U.S. Shipping

Reiki Shears is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all qualifying orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Responsibility

Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the shipping carrier once your order has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Reiki Shears is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery that occurs after the package has been transferred to the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and file any necessary claims. Reiki Shears will gladly assist by providing tracking information and any documentation needed to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Reiki Shears is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Shipping Insurance

If shipping insurance is purchased, claims for lost or damaged shipments will be handled in accordance with the insurance provider's terms and conditions.
